Price match policy
If you find the same tour or activity for a lower price on another site, we match it. Here is how it works and what counts.
How it works:
You send us the lower price, we verify it, and we adjust the booking. The guarantee applies both before you book and for 48 hours after you confirm.
What we match
Three things need to be the same between the other offer and yours:
- Same activity, same operator, same meeting point and same inclusions.
- Same date and start time.
- Same cancellation policy and refund window.
What we do not match
- Prices that only appear after the customer starts a booking, or listings that hide fees, restrictions or capacity limits until checkout.
- Member-only prices: loyalty programs, referral codes, cashback sites, corporate accounts, gated newsletters or login-restricted rates.
- Flash sales, private group rates and promotional codes that are not available to every visitor on the competing site.
Before you book
- Send the link. Email or message support with the URL of the cheaper offer. The page must be public and still showing the lower price when we check.
- We confirm it qualifies. Usually within an hour during business hours. We reply with the matched price.
- Complete the booking. Book on Turinity at the matched price.
After you book
You have 48 hours after confirming your booking to claim the difference.
- Save a link to the cheaper offer while it is still live and public.
- Contact support with the link and your Turinity booking reference. Any channel works.
- Once verified, we refund the difference to your original payment method, or as Turinity credit if you prefer.
We do not want price uncertainty to be the reason you skip a booking. If you find a better deal, send it to us. If it checks out, we match it.
